  3. I perform in a bank. If someone comes to us with this difficulty and proof that the difficulty may be rectified, we make contact with chexsystems ourselves and get the issue taken care of. What they may be undertaking to you is ridiculous.

  11. "An account can be reported to chexsystems if it is negative just one day. It really depends on the bank. Some banks do not report to chexsystems at all. It is important to communicate with them bank as much as possible to prevent being reported."

  12. "It is not 7 years, it is 5 years. Definitely get a FREE copy of your chexsystems report to make sure what is reported. If it has not been removed you can send them a letter requesting removal."
